So this is my story:
I am Judith Rodriguez I am originally from Mexico, and I have lived in Illinois for more than 20 years, I have two children and a wonderful husband and I have always liked to see how the cake appeared in a celebration and seeing it was something exciting I wondered how they did all that ?
those arrangements so elegant and at the same time so delicious, all that was something unknown to me until, due to fate, I decided to make a cake from scratch of course the cake batter helped me a lot but I wanted to be more adventurous and from there everything went discover techniques and let the imagination run that's how "Sweet Pastry essence" was born
I started baking for my family and friends and now it's your turn to try them!
